Proxy, Confirmed, and All open reporting breakdown
Email open reporting has been split into three categories—Confirmed, Proxy, and All—to give you a more accurate overview of your open rates. "All" includes every open, combining confirmed and proxy opens. "Proxy" opens include bot-driven opens, and "Confirmed" opens exclude proxy opens, giving you the most accurate measure of your open rate. Learn more.
