My Stuff Overview

With the My Stuff dashboard in the Launchpad, you can quickly manage and view notifications and preferences in your instance

My Stuff is where information is displayed when certain events occur. These events range from large-scale events, such as a Lead Gen & CRM feature release, to minor events, such as a completed List Import.

Accessing My Stuff

The My Stuff dashboard is one of many different dashboards in the Launchpad. While other dashboards are meant to show different types of report data, My Stuff is a place to view system-wide notifications, quickly access certain platform features, and modify select personal settings.

Click the My Stuff dashboard from the  launchrocket.png  Launchpad in the top toolbar to access My Stuff.  The My Stuff dashboard is one of a few permanent dashboards in the Launchpad.

Viewing Recent Places

The My Stuff dashboard prominently displays your recently visited places in the platform. Clicking the name of a recent place will open the related content. My Stuff tracks the following recent places:

Setting an Out of Office status

If you are not in the office, you may miss important tasks or events. You can configure your My Stuff settings to automatically reassign tasks.

Turning the Out of Office toggle to On will enable your out-of-office settings. When enabled, your tasks will be reassigned to the user you select from a list of all available users.

Setting an Auto-Notify Status

Lead Gen & CRM can be configured to automatically send lead owners a notification when their leads visit their websites. Turning the Auto-Notify toggle to On will enable your out-of-office settings.

Using Meetings

You can access parts of the Meetings feature through the My Stuff tab. Your previously created meetings will be displayed in a scrollable list.

Clicking Copy Link will copy the meeting's associated URL to your computer's clipboard. You can then paste the URL as needed in landing pages or emails. 

Clicking Copy Button will copy the meeting's button. When pasted into emails or landing pages, the button will appear as a button. Button colors can be changed through the Meetings feature's settings page.

Clicking Manage Meetings will take you to the Meetings settings page.

Note: If you have not configured Meetings settings and created a meeting, My Stuff will direct you to do so. Click Set up Meetings to configure your meetings.



Configuring My Stuff Settings

You can see how your Lead Gen & CRM instance loads in My Stuff.

To set the page that loads when you open Lead Gen & CRM, select the desired tab from the Set your launch page drop-down menu.

To set the tab that loads when you open the Launchpad, select the desired tab from the Set your launch tab drop-down menu.

Click All Settings to open the Settings menu.



Viewing Mail Sync Status

Mail Sync is a powerful tool that allows you to connect your inbox to Lead Gen & CRM.

Once enabled, any email you send through that inbox—and any Smart Mail that you send out of Lead Gen & CRM—will be recorded. This way, you can keep track of your and your team's emails with your leads.

My Stuff will provide an at-a-glance way to monitor your Mail Sync status, displaying any Mail Sync issues by name and color.

If you have not connected your email account to Mail Sync, My Stuff will provide a link for you to do so. Click Connect to set up your Mail Sync settings.

Viewing Zoom Status

When creating meetings, you can enable Zoom video functionality to enable video conferencing. Active Zoom connections and their current status will be displayed in the left column of the My Stuff dashboard. 

Zoom account connection settings are modified in the main Meetings page.

If you have not connected your account to Zoom, My Stuff will provide a link for you to do so. Click Manage Meetings to set up your Zoom connection.

Viewing Notifications

My Stuff will display important notifications. These notifications will appear in the right side of the My Stuff dashboard.

Notifications will display when the following events occur:

  • Your email is opened
  • A lead clicks your email link
  • You have overdue tasks

Click More Info to be taken to the event. Click  12close.png  Close to remove notifications.
