Administrator Settings for Meetings

Administrators have access to certain Meetings features. These features provide administrators with unique insight into how their sales teams are performing. Administrators can also customize the general color scheme of their calendars.

This article will explain the various Meeting features available to administrators.

Viewing Meetings

Administrators can view how their sales teams are performing. To view Meetings information for a sales team, do the following:

  1. Click Sales > Meetings in the left toolbar.
  2. Click Admin.

  3. Click My Team.
  4. Click the  caret-up.png  caret-down.png  Filter arrows to sort by value.

     Information Description 
     

    Name

     

    The individual team member's connection status and name.

     
     

    General Availability

     

    The number of hours during the week the team member is available.

     
     

    Views

     The number of views a booking page was viewed. 
     

    Booked

     

    How often the booking form was filled out per browser session.

     
     

    Conversion

     

    The booking number divided by the view number, multiplied by 100.

     

 



Customizing Domain Settings

Administrators can customize how their domains will display for all Meetings content. To customize domain settings, do the following:

  1. Click Sales > Meetings in the left toolbar.
  2. Click Admin.

  3. Click Customization.
  4. Select one of the following options in Custom Domain Settings:
    • Default domain
    • Custom domain
  5. If Custom domain is selected, enter the desired domain name in the Domain Name/URL text field. Click Yes, I understand.
  6. Click Save Domain Settings.

Important: If you have not correctly set up CNAME and DKIM records, emails sent from this domain will be unauthenticated. Unauthenticated emails will often end up in spam folders.

Setting Custom Theme Colors

Meeting calendar booking windows can be set to one of many different colors. To change the color scheme of a booking window, do the following:

  1. Click Sales > Meetings in the left toolbar.
  2. Click Admin.

  3. Click Customization.
  4. Click Select a Color in the Custom Theme section.
    • Do one either the following:
      • Select one of the available colors
      • Enter a hexadecimal color code
  5. Click Save Theme Settings.

Regarding Theme Customization Settings

Only the color of a booking window can be customized. When previewing and sharing meetings, the email that is sent comes premade and cannot be modified. The associated form used to book meetings cannot be modified outside of its custom theme color settings
