Exporting email addresses from your Contacts app on a Mac into a vCard file

If you have contacts stored on your Mac that you need to add to Constant Contact, it's easy to export them into a vCard file. The steps below go over exporting your contacts from the Contacts app on your Mac. If your contacts aren't stored there, you'll need to save them from Apple Mail or Mac Mail into your Contacts app first.
