Set up two-way contact syncing between your HubSpot and Constant Contact accounts

Connect your Constant Contact account with HubSpot for seamless two-way contact syncing between the platforms. Your existing data will sync right away, and future updates will sync in real time. Pre-mapped fields that connect matching information will save you time! If desired, create custom fields or edit existing default fields for increased flexibility.

Connect your HubSpot account

To connect:

  1. Click Integrations.
  2. Under the "All Integrations" tab, either search for HubSpot or scroll through the list to locate it. Then click on the block.


     
  3. Click Get this app.

  4. Enter your HubSpot credentials and then click Log in. If you don't have an existing account, click Sign up

  5. You will be brought to HubSpot's app marketplace. Click Install app.

  6. Click Connect to Constant Contact.

  7. Click Allow Access.

  8. Click Set up sync.

To set up the sync, follow these directions from HubSpot's Knowledge Base or contact HubSpot's support.

Once you've connected to HubSpot and are syncing contacts into Constant Contact, there are a variety of ways to target those contacts with customized messaging.


Create a customized contact segment

If you want to segment the contact list being synced from HubSpot in order to send specific, targeted messaging, you can do so by creating a custom segment of contacts.


Send automated communications

Create personalized automated communications via email and SMS for your customers based on their actions, including welcome emails, thank you series, requests for review, and more.
