Connect your Lofty account with Constant Contact

Set up a one-time or daily sync of your Lofty leads into Constant Contact

With Lofty, instantly transfer new leads and contact updates from Lofty to Constant Contact to keep your email lists up to date. Then, easily send campaigns to your contact lists with property listings of your choice. Select your desired template, edit the email design, and preview before sending your campaign.

Please note that this is a one-way sync. Newly added and updated contacts will not import from Constant Contact into Lofty. However, contacts that are unsubscribed in Constant Contact will sync back to Lofty.

Connect your Lofty account to Constant Contact

Connect your Lofty account to your Constant Contact account to import contact, user profile, and transactional data. 

1. Click Integrations.
2. Search for Lofty, then click the integration card.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Connect.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the email address associated with your Lofty account in the Email field.
   
   
   
   
5. In a new browser tab, log in to your Lofty Account and click Settings.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Integrations.
7. Scroll down to the API Keys section and click View. 
   
    
   
8. Select your 2FA verification method. 
9. Enter the 2FA authentication code. 
10. Click Verify. 
    
    
    
    
11. Copy the API token. 
12. Click Done. 
    
    
    
    
13. Return to the Constant Contact tab and paste your API key into the API Token field.
14. Click Connect. 
    
    
    
    
15. Click Import Contacts.
    
    
    
    
16. Map the Lofty fields on the left to the Constant Contact fields on the right and when finished, click Continue. 
    
    
    
    
17. Select the Lofty list to import from. 
18. Select the Constant Contact list to import to. 
19. Select how often the integration should refresh to sync and import contacts. 
20. Click Continue. 
    
    
    
    
21. Check the box to confirm you have permission to email these contacts and then click Import. 
    
    

Once connected, you’re then brought back into Constant Contact and to the Lofty Integration dashboard, where you can review your imported leads.

Boost your marketing with the Lofty integration

Once your Lofty account is synced to Constant Contact, there are several ways to use the integration throughout your Constant Contact account:

• Create a customized contact segment - When importing contacts from Lofty, they will be synced into segmented lists for you. But perhaps you want to segment these contacts even further to send specific, targeted messaging. You can do so by creating a custom segment of contacts. 

• Create an automated Welcome Path - Create a Welcome Path. When your list syncs, newly added contacts are automatically sent an email or SMS message.

• Create an automated Anniversary Path - Send annual emails or SMS messages to your customers based on the date of their first visit to your business. 

Disconnect Lofty from your Constant Contact account

If you disconnect the Lofty integration, your imported contacts will remain in your Constant Contact account. New Lofty data will no longer be imported into Constant Contact, nor will unsubscribes be sent back from Constant Contact to Lofty:

1. Click Integrations. 
2. Search for the Lofty integration, tap the three dots, and tap Disconnect.
