You can only resize existing layout blocks by editing the email's source code.
The easiest way to use a differently-sized layout block is to select a new layout block from the Themed or Simple tab, with either 1, 2, or 3 columns. Move your content into the new layout block and delete the old one.
The height of your layout block is determined by the amount of content that has been added to your layout block. Without editing the email's source code, the height of your layout block is not restricted. Read Using Layout and Element Blocks in Emails to learn more about adding a layout block to your email.
You may resize elements from the Email Designer Panel, which appears after clicking on the element. Read one of the element-specific articles below to learn how to resize and customize elements.
