Lead Gen & CRM regularly makes changes to the platform. These changes are meant to be for the benefit of all Lead Gen & CRM users.

Lead Gen & CRM also publishes help documentation to assist users with the many features of the platform. This article will detail published documentation and the changes, fixes, and updates made to Lead Gen & CRM throughout 2024.

This document will be updated regularly throughout the year. Check back for updates, new features, and announcements.

20 November 2024: Dynamic Content in the Email Editor 22UPDATE.pngDynamic content is now available in the new email editor. Display unique content to different customers from the same email template, based on specified contact criteria. 
24 September 2024: Two New Automation Workflow Filters22UPDATE.pngTwo new filters have been made available in automation workflows; "clicks any email" and "clicks the email". 
13 September 2024: getEventsbyType API Call 22UPDATE.pngThe getEvents API call has been updated with the more effective call, getEventsbyType.

With the Engagement Status on the Membership Tab, easily identify whether a contact is engaged or unengaged. 

24 July 2024: Export Granular Unsubscribe Categories22UPDATE.pngExport the values of Granular Unsubscribe Categories into a .CSV file from the Contact Manager. This helps to identify which granular categories a list of contacts has unsubscribed from. 
24 July 2024: Archive Opportunities in BulkFeatureArchive multiple Opportunities at once from the Opportunity Manager, by checking the box next to the needed Opportunity. 
22 July 2024: Commitment Renewing Soon Tag in Client Manager22UPDATE.pngFor Agency accounts, a tag now appears next to a client's name in the Client Manager, 60 days before the client's annual contract renews. 
22 July 2024: Agency Client Changes Included in Audit Logs22UPDATE.pngFor Agency accounts, changes made in the client configuration page now appear in the Audit Log. This applies to changes that occurred after 7/22/2024.  
17 July 2024: Create Secure and Rebranded LinksFeatureRebrand links to match your sending domain, giving a clear indication to your contacts that the links in your email are trusted and safe. 
26 April 2024: Upload Multiple Files into the Media Center at once22UPDATE.pngYou can now upload more than one file at a time when uploading to the Media Center. 
26 April 2024: Link PDFs in the new Email EditorFeatureYou can now link buttons to a PDF in the new Email Editor. In the button element, upload the PDF file to be opened / downloaded by the recipient. 
12 April 2024: Open Support Requests FeatureYou can now access your cases, reply to cases, read agent replies, and easily track the status of submitted support cases. 
8 April 2024: Salesforce MFA requirement22UPDATE.pngSalesforce enrolls all accounts into MFA (multi-factor authentication) affecting Lead Gen & CRM instances that integrate with Salesforce. 
4 April 2024: Tables in the new Email EditorFeatureUse tables in your email templates within the new Email Editor. 
1 March 2024: Archiving Accounts in BulkFeatureArchive multiple accounts at once from the Account Manager, by checking the box next to the needed accounts. 
 1 February 2024: DMARC Status Check   22UPDATE.png You can now check your domain's DMARC policy status from the Company Email Settings section in your Lead Gen & CRM instance.  
 

1 February 2024: DMARC Policy Requirement

All domains must have a published DMARC policy, as a result of recent changes to Google and Yahoo email requirements.

 
 29 January 2024: New Feature Request Process  22UPDATE.png Feature requests, comments, and feedback are now submitted directly from your Lead Gen & CRM instance by clicking on your profile. Fill out the feature request form.  
 22 January 2024: DKIM Authentication Requirement  22UPDATE.png 
All sending domains must be DKIM authenticated. Without DKIM authentication, sending domains will be blocked after 14 days.
 
 
 5 January 2024: Attachments in the New Email Editor  Feature 
The new email editor now supports email attachments. Add up to 4 attachments to the emails you create. 
 
 
 5 January 2024: Preview Text in the New Email Editor Feature The new email editor now supports Preview Text. Customize the text that appears in notifications when your emails are received.
