Sharing Email Templates

Agencies can share email templates with clients. You are only able to share email templates from within the agency account, and clients will not have access to do this.

This article will provide information on how to share email templates.

Sharing Templates

As an agency, you may want to share a common email template for your clients to utilize. To share an email template, do the following:

  1. Click Email in Lead Gen & CRM's left toolbar.
  2. Click the Email Templates tab.

    Click the Email Templates tab

     

  3. Open the email template folder containing the desired email template.
  4. Hover over the email template you want to share and click  cog.png  Options > Share Template.

    Click the gear icon to open Options

     

    Note: When sharing templates, the template gets shared with all of the clients in your agency's environment. As such, you cannot choose which clients the template is shared with.
  5. Click Confirm.

    Click Confirm

     

Once confirmed, the template will be shared in your clients' accounts in a folder called Agency Shared Templates.



Sharing via the Email Template Designer

Templates can be shared within the Email Template Designer. From within the Email Template Designer within the Email Template Designer, complete the following steps: 

  1. Click  more.png  More Options > Share Template.

    Click the three dots icon to open Options

     

    Important: When sharing templates, the template gets shared with all of the clients in your agency's environment. As such, you cannot choose which clients the template is shared with.
  2. Click Confirm in the modal window that appears.

    Click the Confirm button

     

Once confirmed, the template will be shared in your clients' accounts in a folder called Agency Shared Templates.
