Duplicating Layout and Element Blocks

Have an email layout you like? Learn how to copy that email block and layout within the same email for easy editing.

When editing emails, you can customize and duplicate layout blocks and elements. This allows for flexibility and efficiency in your design. In this article, you'll learn how to duplicate layout blocks within an email.

Duplicating Layout and Element Blocks in the Older Editor

If you like the overall look and feel of a customized layout block and would like to use it elsewhere in the email, you can copy the block. Doing so will create an identical duplicate of the original layout block.

To duplicate a layout block or element, create or edit an email with a layout block, from the Email page in Lead Gen & CRM's left toolbar.

  1. Hover over the layout block or element.
  2. Click  copy.png  Duplicate Block.

  3. Click Copy in the modal window that appears and click  move.png  Move, to move the new layout block around as needed.

  1. Click the layout you'd like to duplicate.
  2. Click the duplicate icon to insert another layout block into your email, with the same contents.
