Creating Rules-Based Lists with Unsubscribes

Lead Gen & CRM maintains a global unsubscribe list for each customer. However, for more customization, you can create your own unsubscribe list.

Global Unsubscribes

You can create a list that populates with global unsubscriptions. To create an unsubscribe list:

1. Click Lists in the left toolbar.
   
   
2. Create or edit a rules-based list.
3. Configure an initial or additional rule.
4. Select has the field, located under Lead.
   
   

    

5. Select Is Unsubscribed from the Select field drop-down menu.
6. Select True from the operator drop-down menu.
7. Select exactly from the conditional drop-down menu.
8. Click Save.
