Connecting Unbounce with Lead Gen & CRM

You will need to connect Unbounce with Lead Gen & CRM to be able to utilize certain features.

The domain you created in Unbounce also needs to be the same as your site created in Lead Gen & CRM. Once in Unbounce, create and use a base template that you create all other pages from. If you have already created pages, you will need to add the embed script to all pages that you want to track.

To connect Unbounce:

  1. Create a site in Lead Gen & CRM. Ensure that the domain is the same domain as the URL of your Unbounce pages.
  2. Make a copy of the Lead Gen & CRM site embed code upon creation of the site.
  3. Log into Unbounce and click on the landing page to edit it.
  4. Click on Javascripts.
  5. Paste the embed code inside the page before the end of the body code.
  6. Rename the embed code as Lead Gen & CRM Tracking Code.
  7. Finish creating the page.
  8. Use Duplicate Page in the page options to make this created page the basis for all future pages.
  9. Visit the published pages to ensure proper tracking.


Embedding Lead Gen & CRM Forms on Unbounce

Once you have connected Unbounce with Lead Gen & CRM, you can begin embedding forms.

To embed forms on Unbounce:

  1. Create a Lead Gen & CRM form.
  2. Copy the embed code.
  3. Create a landing page that requires a form.
  4. Click the region of your landing page where you want the embed code to appear. 
  5. Click Custom HTML.
  6. Drag it over to where you want the form to appear.
  7. Paste the form embed code.
  8. Resize the box to be the same size as the embed code.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Preview the page to ensure proper tracking.
