Connect your Enthusem account, set up optional mapping, and then configure action groups and workflows

Enthusem is an offline-to-online marketing tool that automates direct mail, personalized at scale, by integrating with dynamic and trackable online experiences. This article will detail the processes involved in integrating Lead Gen & CRM and Enthusem.

Connecting Accounts

When you use Lead Gen & CRM and Enthusem you can:

  • Trigger printed direct mail from Lead Gen & CRM
  • Receive notifications in Lead Gen & CRM upon response
  • Have hyper-personalized imagery and content
  • Integrate Lead Gen & CRM landing pages
     

To connect a Lead Gen & CRM account to an Enthusem account, do the following:

  1. Log into Enthusem and set up an Enthusem mailer template.
  2. Open another new tab in your browser and log in to Lead Gen & CRM in that browser tab.
  3. Click Settings in the left toolbar.
  4. Click API Settings, located under Lead Gen & CRM API in the left panel.
  5. Copy your Account ID and Secret Key.
  6. In the Enthusem tab, navigate to Lead Gen & CRM Integration Settings.
  7. Enter your Lead Gen & CRM Account ID and Secret Key.
  8. Verify the data.
  9. Map Lead Gen & CRM users to Enthusem users.
  10. Click Save + Enable.



Optional Mapping

When integrating Lead Gen & CRM and Enthusem, there are certain fields that you can map. These fields—Mail Date, Pickup Code, and Update—are all optional.

To map the custom Mail Date and Pickup Code fields, do the following:

  1. Log in to Lead Gen & CRM and click Settings in the left toolbar.
  2. Click Custom Fields, located under Features in the left panel.
  3. Create a custom date field for Mail Date.
  4. Create a custom text field for Pickup Code.
  5. Open a new tab in your browser and log in to Enthusem in that browser tab.
  6. Navigate to Lead Gen & CRM Integration Settings.
  7. Map the fields to one another.

To map the Update fields, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Lead Gen & CRM Integration Settings in Enthusem.
  2. Choose the field to update in Field.
  3. Copy-and-paste the exact values of the Lead Gen & CRM pick list field in Existing Values.
  4. Choose the value you would like the contact updated to when they respond in Update Value.
  5. Map the fields to one another.


Configuring Action Groups

You can set up an action group to tell Enthusem what Mailer Template to send.



Obtaining Integration Codes

To configure the action group, you will first need to obtain your Lead Gen & CRM integration code.

To obtain the code, do the following:

  1. Log in to Enthusem and navigate to your Mailer Template.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click Integration Info.
  4. Copy the Lead Gen & CRM Code.



Postback URL Action Groups

Once you have the integration code, you can set up and configure a postback URL action group.

To set up and configure the action group, create or edit a visual action group:

  1. Click + Add > Action under Start or an applicable action group branch.
  2. Select Postback Lead Info in the Notifications section.
  3. Paste the previously copied Lead Gen & CRM-Enthusem integration code as the Mailer Template Postback URL.
  4. Click OK.


Configuring Workflows

You can set up workflows to trigger the action group in Lead Gen & CRM. In turn, this triggers the Mailer Template in Enthusem.

To do configure workflows, create or edit a visual workflow. :

​​​​Click + Add > Trigger under Start or an applicable action group branch.

  1. Select has the field in the Lead section.
  2. Enter the applicable created Enthusem field in the Field Name text box.
  3. Select the applicable Enthusem Mailer template in the changes to drop-down menu.
  4. Select exactly in the Comparison drop-down menu.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Add > Action Group under the created trigger.
  7. Enter the name of the created action group in the Action Group Name text box.
  8. Click OK
