View the contacts on a list or segment

Open the List view or Segment view page to view and manage the contacts within the list or segment

Light Bulb IconDid you know? We're in the process of making improvements to our contact management experience and rolling them out to our customers. If your Lists table looks different, view this article for viewing and managing contacts on a list instead.

 

Taking the time to manage the contacts on your lists and segments helps you keep clean contact lists full of engaged contacts. Why should you care? The answer is better open rates! Your contacts are more likely to open your emails and engage with them when your content is relevant to them.

  1. In the menu on the left-hand side, click Contacts > Lists and segments.
  2. (Optional) Search for the list or segment you want to view.
  3. Click on the name of the list or segment.

  4. From the List view or Segment view page, you can see all of the contacts that are included within your list or segment. Clicking the View button (eye icon) next to any of the contacts' names lets you view or edit their contact record.

  5. To perform actions in bulk, select multiple contacts and click the Actions menu to:
  • Add them to a list
  • Remove them from a list
  • Add tags to them
  • Remove tags from them
  • Delete the contacts
