March 2026

Universal edit button in the contact record

There is now a universal "Save" button at the top of each contact record. You no longer need to save each field's changes individually; make your changes as needed and save the entire record. Learn more.

 


 

 

February 2026

Sending SMS messages to segments

You can now send SMS messages to segments or to lists by selecting your choice in the Schedule Message pop-up window. Learn more.

 

 

Report Builder

In Reporting, with the new Report Builder tab, you can now select the data you want to export. The report can be emailed to a verified email address when it's created or downloaded from the Report Builder tab after the report is complete. Learn more.

 

 

Bulk download emails and landing pages as PDF

You can now download up to 10 emails, Custom Landing Pages, and Sign-up Landing Pages at a time as PDFs to save to your computer or print later—whether they're in draft status or have already been sent or activated. Learn More.

 



 

New contacts insights metric on the Lists and Segments page

A new table of information is available at the top of the Lists and Segments page, giving you a high-level overview of contact insights. Click the insights link to see the full reporting. Learn more.

 

 

Proxy opens are now displayed in reporting and on the email details page

We've optimized the way 'proxy' and 'confirmed' opens are displayed to make it easier to evaluate your true open rate on the email details page and in email reporting. If we can't be sure a person opened it, the open is categorized as a 'proxy open' and separated from your 'confirmed opens' for more accurate reporting.  Learn more.

Increased supported file upload size in the Library

We've increased the supported file size that you can upload to your Library from 5MB to 20MB! Larger image sizes allow for higher-quality images and sharper display on high-definition screens. Learn more.

 

 

Mobile image size controls

You can now set a specific pixel width for the images in your email, and choose if you want them to fill the full width of the screen when your email is viewed on a mobile devicegiving you more control over how your email looks on all devices. Learn more.

 

 

AI-generated email templates

When selecting a template for your next email, let us create something for you based on a short description of what you're looking to share! We'll generate email options for you to choose from, complete with content and images, that you can customize further before sending to your contacts. Learn more.

 

 

Redesigned Update Profile and Unsubscribe pages

The Update Profile and Unsubscribe pages can now be modified from Advanced Settings within your Account Settings. Add a logo and select the lists from which contacts can opt out. Contacts can unsubscribe in a single action or choose specific lists. Learn more.

 

 

Enhanced Canva integration

Our newly enhanced Canva integration lets you instantly access all your Canva designs right in Constant Contact, or create a new one and insert them directly into your emails, landing pages, and social posts. You can also take advantage of Canva's outstanding image editing tools with any image in your Library, whether it was created in Canva or not. Learn more.

 

 

SMS for Nonprofits

Nonprofit customers can now register and use SMS with Constant Contact. We’ve added a new option to the SMS registration form that lets a business select whether it is a nonprofit. When choosing nonprofit, you will be presented with two additional choices: a 501(c)(3) type and a non-501 (c)(3) type. Learn more.
