Create emails, sign-up/lead generation landing pages, custom landing pages, and SMS campaigns within your primary account, and then copy them into one or several subaccounts as a draft.

Did you know? This article covers how to copy an email, landing page, or SMS campaign from a primary account to subaccounts, but you can also copy a campaign created within a subaccount to other subaccounts. Copy a campaign from a primary account to subaccounts

Important: When sharing a Lead Generation Landing Page, you must have a list selected before you can copy it to your subaccounts.

You can choose an email, landing page, or SMS campaign created within the primary account and then choose the subaccounts you want to copy it to:

1. In the "My Marketing" menu on the left-hand side, click Campaigns.
2. Click the three dots next to the email, landing page, or SMS you want to copy and select:

• Copy to all accounts - To copy your campaign to all your subaccounts.
• Copy to targeted accounts - To pick the subaccounts you want to copy your campaign to.
  
  
   

3. Give your copied campaign a unique name that you'll easily recognize in your account later.
4. If you chose to copy to targeted accounts, select the accounts.
5. Click the Copy button.
   
   
    

Check the status of copied campaigns

Access a list of your copied campaigns at any time and check the start and completion time of the copy:

1. In the "My Organization" menu on the left-hand side, click Accounts > Activity Log.
2. Sort your campaign list to help narrow your search.
3. Review the Time Completed column. Copying to a large number of child accounts can take a few minutes.
4. If there are errors, click "View Errors" in the Errors column to download a CSV file of the impacted accounts and the reason for the error.
