Teams & Partners: Copy a campaign created within a subaccount/workspace to other subaccounts/workspaces

Select an email, SMS message, or Sign-up Landing Page that was created in a subaccount/workspace and share it with other subaccounts/workspaces

If your child/sub-accounts have campaigns that you want to reuse across the rest of your accounts, you can copy the campaign and select the child-sub-accounts you want to share it with. Campaigns that can be copied include emails, events, SMS messages, and Sign-up Landing Pages.

Partner account:

1. In the "My Organization" menu on the left-hand side, click Accounts > My accounts.
2. (Optional) Use the Status and Account type drop-down menus to help narrow your search.
3. Next to the subaccount with the campaign you want to copy, click the three dots to expand the menu and select Copy to subaccounts. Scroll down to Step 4 below.
   
   
   
   

Teams account:

1. In the "My organization" menu on the left-hand side, click Workspaces.
2. (Optional) Use the Status and Account type drop-down menus to help narrow your search.
3. Next to the workspace with the campaign you want to copy, click the three dots to expand the menu and select Copy to workspaces.
   
   
   
   

4. Select the campaign you want to copy and click the Next button.
   
   
   
   
5. Give your copied campaign a unique name that is easily recognized by your subaccounts/workspaces later.
6. Select the subaccounts/workspaces to which you want to copy the campaign.
7. Click the Copy to # selected accounts/workspaces button.
   Note: The image below is for a Partner account. Teams customers will see "workspaces" instead of "accounts" but steps remain the same.
