Rebranding Lead Gen & CRM

Lead Gen & CRM enables you to rebrand Lead Gen & CRM to reflect the client’s branding and logo, as opposed to that of the agency partner.

This article will detail how to rebrand a Lead Gen & CRM instance.

Setting Agency Permissions

To set rebranding permissions for all clients in your agency’s instance, log into your agency instance of Lead Gen & CRM.

  1. Click  13personas.png  User Menu > Settings in Lead Gen & CRM's top toolbar.

    Click the User Menu then Settings icon

     

  2. Under My Company click Company Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the Rebranding Constant Contact section and click the Prevent all clients from rebranding with their own logo images checkbox.

    Click the three dot icon to open more settings

     

  4. Click Save Settings.

    Click the green Save Settings button

     



Setting Individual Client Permissions 

To set a particular client’s permission to rebrand, log into your agency instance of Lead Gen & CRM.

  1. Click   13personas.png  User Menu > Settings in Lead Gen & CRM's top toolbar.

    Click the User Menu then Settings icon

     

  2. Under Agency Tools click Manage Clients.
  3. Click  12more.png  Options > Client Rebrand Permissions next to the desired client's name.

    Click the three dots icon to see more Options

     

  4. Click the Do not allow to upload their own logos checkbox in the modal window that appears.
  5. Click Save Permissions.

    Click the green Save Permissions button

     



Rebranding Client Instances

You can rebrand client instances. To rebrand client instances, log into the client instance of Lead Gen & CRM that you are rebranding for.
 

  1. Click  13personas.png  User Menu > Settings in Lead Gen & CRM's top toolbar.

    Click the User Menu then select Settings

     

  2. Under My Company, click Company Profile.
  3. Scroll down to the Rebranding Constant Contact section and click the image under Application Logo.

    Click the image section under Application Logo

     

    Note: For logos, use an image with a transparent background in .PNG format. Application logos should have a height of 40px and a width of 128px. Branding logos should have a height of 75px.
     
  4. Select or upload an image in the File Manager.
  5. Click Insert.

    Click the blue Insert button

     

  6. Click the branding image under Branding Logo.

    Click the image section under Branding Logo

     

  7. Select or upload an image in the File Manager.
  8. Click Insert.

    Click the blue Insert button

     

  9. Click Save Settings.

    Click the green Save Settings button
