Exporting Product Data

Products and services can be added to your Lead Gen & CRM account to include to your opportunities, and this data can be exported as needed

You can create and manage products and services in Lead Gen & CRM and these products and services can be added to opportunities. This data can be exported from your Settings and from Sales Pipelines at any time.

Accessing Products in your Lead Gen & CRM instance

You can access products for your Lead Gen & CRM account from the Settings menu. 

1. Click the Settings gear icon.
2. Click Products under the Features category. 
   
    

Exporting Product Data from Product Pages

You can save and export product data for future reference. To export product data to a .CSV spreadsheet file from the main product page, do the following:

1. Click    Options > Export Products.
   
    
2. Click the link that appears at the top of the screen to access the Export Manager. 
   
    
   
3. Click the exported file's title to download it as a .CSV file.
    
   Note: This exported data will reflect all active products.
   
   
   
   

Exporting Product Data from Pipelines

You can save and export product data for future reference. To export product data to a .CSV spreadsheet file from a pipeline, do the following:

1. Click Sales > Opportunities in the left toolbar.
   
    
   
2. Select the desired pipeline in the Pipeline drop-down menu.
3. Select the applicable owners in the Owners drop-down menu.
4. Select the date parameters in the Date Range drop-down menu.
5. Click    Options > Export Products to .CSV.
