Available Lead Gen & CRM System Fields

Lead Gen & CRM has system fields for each lead, including First Name, Last Name, Email, and more. For additional, unique fields, you can create Custom Fields

System fields are prebuilt contact attributes in Constant Contact's Lead Gen & CRM platform (such as First Name, Email, and Company) used for contact tracking, form mapping, and automation merge tags. They are also tied to form fields and email merge variables.

If you need a field that is not built in, for example, "Favorite Color" or "Preferred Operating System", you can create custom fields.

How do I view system fields on a contact record?

System fields are located throughout Lead Gen & CRM and are used in various areas of the Lead Gen & CRM platform, including automations and merge variables. You can see a contact's system fields in Lead Gen & CRM, within a contact record:

1. Click Contacts in the left navigation menu.
2. Select any contact record.
   
    
3. View default fields under Overview > Contact Information.
