Organizing and Reordering Custom Fields and Categories

Create categories for custom fields and arrange them however you wish. For ease of use and organization, group custom fields together as you customize your account and gather contacts

Creating Custom Categories

You can create custom categories as needed to group custom fields. To create custom categories, do the following:

  1. Click  13personas.png  User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar or click  cog.png Settings in the bottom left corner. 
  2. Click Custom Fields, which is located under Features in the left panel.

  3. Find the desired custom field, and click  Three dots stacked menu  Options > Move to Category.
  4. Click + New Category.

  5. Enter a name for the new custom field category and click OK.

Moving Custom Fields

You can move custom fields from one category to another:  
  1. Scroll to the desired category, find the desired custom field, and click  Three dots stacked menu  Options > Move to Category
  2. Select the category to move the field to.

Reordering Categories and Fields

You can reorder categories to suit your needs:

 

  1. Click and drag categories to be reordered as desired.

  2. Click Save Order.

You can reorder field positions within categories:
 

  1. Click and drag the fields within a category to be reordered as desired.

    Drag field and hold it over a new category to move it  
  2. Click Save Order.
