Left navigation
We're making it easier to get around Constant Contact with a brand new left navigation. Not all accounts have this change yet, so if your navigation looks different from our articles, that's why — but everything from the top can now be found on the left!
Paste contact information when adding multiple contacts
When manually adding multiple contacts (without a spreadsheet), you can type or copy and paste the contact information — even limited information, like the first name, last name, and email address. This feature has been added back into the new and improved contacts flow. Learn more.
Segmentation builder Xero Invoice Criteria
Invoice data can now be synchronized between your Xero and Constant Contact accounts. For customers using Xero, criteria to build segments based on invoice data have been added to the segmentation builder — including average invoice amount, first payment time, paid an invoice, and more. Learn more.
Revenue reporting UI update
The Revenue tab (formerly the Ecommerce tab) has been redesigned to make it easier to track orders and attribute revenue from marketing activities. For Xero integrations users, attribution is tied to the invoice creation date. The redesign includes high-level summary metrics, interactive visualizations, detailed drill-downs, and more accurate currency symbol support. Learn more.
UTM Tracking
We've added a new UTM tracking tab to your account settings page, where you can create UTM parameters. These parameters are automatically applied to the links in your email and SMS campaigns, including the ones within automation paths. You can now more efficiently use powerful analytics tools, like Google Analytics, with your Constant Contact account. Learn more.
Automation Path Builder Invoice Activity Path Triggers
Invoice data can now be synchronized between your Xero and Constant Contact accounts, and the custom path builder now has a new invoice activity trigger for customers using Xero. This allows you to trigger an automation path based on when an invoice is sent. Learn more.
Automation Path Builder Invoice Activity Path Templates
There are now two new automation templates for customers using Xero with the new invoice trigger. The "Thank You + Stay Connected" template triggers when an invoice is paid, and you can use a time-delay step to specify exactly when you want your communications to start sending. The "Bring Customers Back" template triggers 75 days after a customer makes their final invoice payment. Learn more.
Automation Path Builder Date-Based Triggers
The date-based trigger has been redesigned to better align with the new custom fields for birthdays and anniversaries. Choose between 1 to 363 days, 1 to 51 weeks, and 1 to 11 months when you select a start date for your trigger. Learn more.
Automation Filters in the Automation Path Builder
The trigger step in an automation path now includes a filter option, allowing you to select specific criteria for your trigger. Your contacts won't trigger the path unless they satisfy both the trigger and the filter criteria. Learn more.
Advanced "added to segment" trigger in the Automation Path Builder
You can now create a new segment or edit an existing segment when you edit an automation trigger, directly within the Automaton Path Builder. This will help to streamline your workflows. Learn more.
Social Posting in the Mobile App
We have updated social posting in the Constant Contact mobile application, making connecting accounts and managing posts easier. Draft more compelling social content with the integration of Apple Intelligence Writing Tools and the Image Playground (on compatible Apple devices). In addition, you can now post to multiple business pages under your social accounts. Learn more.

Invoice support for Xero Integration
Invoice data can now be synchronized between your Xero and Constant Contact accounts. Use invoice data for contact segmentation, automated follow-ups, and revenue attribution. Data is pulled into Constant Contact on an hourly basis. Learn more.
Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT Integration
Automatically sync your constituents with Constant Contact to send targeted messaging and boost engagement. Use donor insights from Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to segment your audience and send supporters relevant marketing messages. Learn more.
Enhanced Text block controls
When editing an email, you can now customize the look of a Text block by adding a background color or border, and you can adjust the padding and margins to fine-tune your email design just as you like! Learn more.
Enhanced button block controls
Customize the buttons in your email just how you like! Access all of the options from the panel on the left, including adding your link, adjusting the button shape and color, adding a border, changing the background color, and more. Learn more.
Copy and delete block options
The menu that appears when you place your cursor over a block in an email is getting an update! Previously, the menu contained only the name of the block and the "move" handle, allowing you to drag the block around in your email. It will now include the option to copy and delete your block. The delete button is moving from the toolbar that sits at the top of the email editor. Learn more.
Send test SMS messages
Send your SMS message to a registered phone number to test your send. The phone number must be registered and opt-in to receive SMS messages. With a test send, you can see exactly what your contacts will experience before you launch a full campaign. Learn more.

Publish multiple Lead Magnet Microsites at once
Constant Contact's lead magnet feature allows you to easily create mobile-friendly microsites that can be shared with a simple QR code. You can now publish multiple lead magnet microsites at once, each with its own unique QR code. We’ve also released SMS notifications — receive an SMS or an email notification whenever someone fills out the contact form on your site. Finally, the survey question editor has been refreshed, making it easier for you to add, remove, edit, and arrange your survey questions and answer options. Learn more.
Email Notifications for Sign-Up Landing Pages
We're adding a new feature to the settings of Sign-up Landing Pages. You can now choose to receive email notifications whenever a new sign-up occurs, helping you stay on top of your growth goals and page performance. Learn more.
Partners: Ability to copy Sign-up Landing Pages to child accounts
You can now copy your designed Sign-Up Landing Pages and distribute them to selected child accounts, or all of your child accounts. Learn more.
Multi-channel campaigns
When working on an email, social post, or SMS message, you can now easily turn it into a multi-channel campaign to reach your audience wherever they are! Automatically generate and add new channels to your campaign using AI recommendations, schedule them to share with your audience, and view the reporting, all from one place. Learn more.

Hashtag groups for social posts
You can now create groups of up to 30 hashtags and save them to quickly add them to your posts, for faster, more efficient social posting. Learn more.
Adding standalone Instagram accounts
Previously, you had to connect Instagram to a Facebook account before you could connect it to your Constant Contact account. Now, you can connect your Instagram accounts with or without an associated Facebook account. Learn more.
Social post editor redesign
The social post editor has been updated, making it easier and more intuitive to post to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Better, higher-quality images are now available for you to choose from and use in your posts. Add captions, add videos, and schedule posts for easier social management. Learn more.
