Added functionality in the Assistant

Additional functionality is now available from the Assistant, helping you manage your marketing campaigns using natural language. You can ask the Assistant to help you build your brand profile and choose colors for your website, provide marketing advice, write emails, social posts, and SMS content, create and activate an event, and much more. The Assistant is now also available in the Constant Contact iOS mobile application. Learn more.

Teams & Partners: Edit saved and shared templates

When sharing a saved template, you now have the option to make edits to it before sharing. Once shared, you can go back at any time and make edits, and those edits will be applied to the shared template within each subaccount/workspace. Learn more. 

Create emails and social posts with the Constant Contact Claude connector

Constant Contact has launched a Claude AI connector that lets you generate an email or social post, optimize your subject line, preheader text, captions, and other email or social post details, and get a live desktop or mobile preview to see how those emails and posts will look to customers. Teams contact drill-down reporting

On the Contacts Reporting dashboard, you can now see contact list health, growth, and churn at a glance without having to impersonate in each workspace. Select a time frame and view your contact metrics for your entire organization, or drill into one or more workspaces to see filtered, location-specific data. Learn more.

Migrate contacts and emails with the ActiveCampaign integration

You can now import contacts and emails from ActiveCampaign with the ActiveCampaign integration. Market to your imported contacts with segmentation and automation tools, and edit or customize your imported emails using the Constant Contact email editor. Learn more.

Image uploading with the Constant Contact ChatGPT plugin

You can now upload hosted images or direct image files to your Constant Contact library using the Constant Contact ChatGPT plugin. Ask ChatGPT to upload images—share an image URL, drag-and-drop your file, or select your file from your computer folder—without ever leaving your AI workflow. Learn more.

Social Posting with the Constant Contact ChatGPT plugin

You can now create social posts using Constant Contact's ChatGPT plugin. Create and preview new social posts in minutes while incorporating assets from your Library. Use your conversation with ChatGPT to optimize your captions, get suggestions on your content, and then push your social post into Constant Contact to send or schedule it. Learn more.
