TikTok Ads Integration

With the new TikTok Ads integration, you can now connect your TikTok Business account and import TikTok Ads leads into Constant Contact, leveraging our marketing tools, including email, automations, and more, to engage those contacts. Learn more.

Mobile stacking controls

Instead of columns automatically stacking on top of each other when your email is viewed on a mobile device, you can now control how you want your email content to stack. Choose no stacking, left-to-right stacking, or right-to-left stacking, without affecting how your email looks on a desktop. Learn more.

Contacts import file sizes have increased

We've increased the file size limits for imports: Excel files are now 25MB/500k rows (up from 2MB/40k rows), and CSV files are now 50MB/1 million rows (up from 2.5MB/100,000 rows). Learn more.

 

 

 

Connect your Lofty account with Constant Contact

With the new Lofty integration, Lofty contacts can now be easily integrated into your Constant Contact account. Capture prospects through Lofty’s marketing tools and feed those prospects directly into your funnels and campaigns. Learn more.

Contacts tab improvements for the Mobile App

The Contacts tab has been updated to make adding new contacts easier. On tablets, the Contacts tab has been updated to maximize space, letting you manage lists and contacts simultaneously. Learn more.

 

 

Universal edit button in the contact record

There is now a universal "Save" button at the top of each contact record. You no longer need to save each field's changes individually; make your changes as needed and save the entire record. Learn more.

Sending SMS messages to segments

You can now send SMS messages to segments or to lists by selecting your choice in the Schedule Message pop-up window. Learn more.

 

 

Report Builder

In Reporting, with the new Report Builder tab, you can now select the data you want to export. The report can be emailed to a verified email address when it's created or downloaded from the Report Builder tab after the report is complete. Learn more.

 

 

Bulk download emails and landing pages as PDF

You can now download up to 10 emails, Custom Landing Pages, and Sign-up Landing Pages at a time as PDFs to save to your computer or print later—whether they're in draft status or have already been sent or activated. Learn More.

 



 

New contacts insights metric on the Lists and Segments page

A new table of information is available at the top of the Lists and Segments page, giving you a high-level overview of contact insights. Click the insights link to see the full reporting. Learn more.

 

 

Proxy opens are now displayed in reporting and on the email details page

We've optimized the way 'proxy' and 'confirmed' opens are displayed to make it easier to evaluate your true open rate on the email details page and in email reporting. If we can't be sure a person opened it, the open is categorized as a 'proxy open' and separated from your 'confirmed opens' for more accurate reporting.  Learn more.
