Partners: Update child/client account credentials and plan

Change the current pricing/feature plan, update account information, manage add-ons, or cancel a child account from the Accounts tab

Updating child/client account contact information and ownership is done through the Accounts tab in your partner account. If the account is end-user funded (i.e., paid for at the child account level vs. Single Bill), you can update the payment plan here as well.

  1. Click Accounts tab.
  2. Click the Accounts sub-tab.
  3. Click on the name of the child/client account.

  4. From the edit page for the child/client account, you can:
  • Change your plan.
  • Edit the Account Info section.
  • Manage Add-ons.
