Partners: Update child/client account credentials and plan

Change the current pricing/feature plan, update account information, and manage add-ons from the Accounts tab

Updating child/client account contact information and ownership is done through the Accounts tab in your partner account. If the account is end-user funded (i.e., paid for at the child account level vs. Single Bill), you can update the payment plan here as well.

  1. In the MY ORGANIZATION menu on the left-hand side, click Accounts > My accounts.
  2. (Optional) Use the Status and Account type drop-down menus to help narrow your search.
  3. Next to the account you want to update, click . . . > Manage account details.

  4. From the child/client account page, you can:
  • Change your plan.
  • Edit the Account Info section.
  • Manage Add-ons.
