Find contacts that are in your account but not a part of any list, and then add them to a list or delete them

It's a good idea to look through your contacts periodically, and see if you have any that aren't a part of any list. These are contacts that you probably haven't mailed to in a while and need to be reengaged.

  1. From the Contacts page, click the List status drop-down menu to expand it and select the "Not on a list" option.

  2. From the results, select a contact, a few contacts, or select all of them by checking the box at the top of the table header.
  3. Click Actions to expand the drop-down menu, select the "Add to list" option and select a list to add them to.

Once your contact is on a list, send them a targeted email to reengage with them.

Light Bulb IconDid you know? If you have unsubscribed contacts, it's fine to leave them in your account! They don't count towards your billing and they stay unsubscribed from your list until they re-join it using your sign-up form.
