View all your contacts and choose the information that displays

View all of your contacts in the All contacts table, update the table settings to choose the information that displays in each column, and sort the table headers alphabetically

The All contacts table shows you all of your contacts and lets you filter them alphabetically by their email address, first or last name, city, state, organization name, contact status, source, or date added. If you don't see the right table headings for your needs, it's easy to select the information that you need to see.

  1. From the Contacts page, click on a heading in the All contacts table to sort it alphabetically A-Z. Click the same header again to re-sort it from Z-A instead.
Note: Not all of the table headers are sortable, but the search field lets you find contacts by additional contact details and custom fields to help you filter your contacts further.
  2. Click the Settings (Gear icon) button in the upper right-hand corner of the All contacts table to select the column headers for your table.

  3. In the Table Settings menu, place a check next to the contact information you want to include in the All contacts table; you can select as many or as few options as you want. Click on a category to expand it and view all the available options. You can reorder the table headings by dragging them into place.
  4. Click the X in the upper right-hand corner to close the Table Settings menu.

The All contacts table has additional tools so you can search for contacts based on their contact information, and filter your contacts by their email or SMS status or list status too!
