Granting User Access to Client Accounts

Lead Gen & CRM is built for agencies and the various client relationships that agencies have. You may have clients for whom your team operates the platform, and you may also have clients that operate the platform themselves.

Any combination thereof is not a problem. Lead Gen & CRM gives you full control over the access available to individual users down to the client account level.

This article will detail how to grant access to client accounts.

Users:

Managing Clients

To grant access via the Client Manager, do the following:

1. Click    User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar or   Settings button in the bottom left corner of the page. 
2. Click Manage Clients, located under Agency Tools in the left panel.
3. Click    Options > Client Managers to the right of the desired client's name.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the user(s) you want to give access to.
5. Click Update Client Managers.
   
   
   
   

User Profiles

To grant user access via a user profile, do the following:

1. Click    User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar or   Settings button in the bottom left corner of the page. 
2. Click User Accounts, located under My Company in the left panel.
3. Click the name of the desired user account.
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll to the Accessible Clients section and click the checkbox of the client that the user is to manage.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save Changes.
