Opportunities: Products

Opportunities are created and added to a pipeline to monitor progress across deal stages in the sales process. Opportunities can be created in the Opportunity Drawer.

This article will explain how to add products to your opportunities in the Opportunity Drawer.

Add Products to Your Instance

You can attach products or services that cater to your buyers' needs to your opportunities. Products must first be created for your Lead Gen & CRM instance from Settings, in the Features section.


Products under Features in Settings

 

Product data includes:

  • Product Title
  • Item Number
  • Category Label
  • Product Type
  • Pipeline
  • Price

Once products have been defined, you may add them to your opportunities, as needed. 


 

Adding Products to Opportunities

To add products to opportunities in the Overview tab, create a new opportunity or edit an existing one from the Sales > Opportunity Manager tab in the left toolbar.

  1. Click the Overview tab.
  2. Scroll to the Products section and click Add Product.

  3. Select the desired product from the Select Product drop-down menu.

  4. Enter the number of products in the Quantity field.
  5. Enter the product's individual price in the $ Price field.

  6. If necessary, make additional edits to the sections and fields in the Overview tab.
  7. If necessary, click into the other opportunity tabs and make additional edits.
  8. Click Save.

Remove Products from Opportunities

To remove products from opportunities in the Overview tab, do the following. 

  1. Hover over the price field and click the   Remove Product icon.
  2. Save your changes. 

    Click Delete
