Scheduling Emails to Leads with Unopened Emails

If an email send results in unopened emails, Lead Gen & CRM provides two methods to send emails to those leads, allowing you to drive re-engagement and increase the chances of converting them to sales.

In this article, you'll learn how to schedule emails to leads who have not opened your email, either from a saved email report or by creating a static list.

Scheduling from Email Reports

You can schedule emails to leads from email reports. To schedule emails, start from the Analytics page in the left toolbar.

  1. Click Email Reports.

  2. Create or open an email report.

    Choose an email report

     

  3. Click  cog.png  Options
  4. Hover over Send Email
  5. Click Send Email to Unopened.

  6. Choose the time and date to send the email.
     
    Note: If you are attempting to resend the same email to those who have previously received but not opened the email, click the Send to everyone on the list, even those who have already received the email checkbox.
  7. Decide if you want to exclude recipients with little or no engagement.
  8. Select the email you want to send.
  9. Click Schedule Email.

  10. Click OK.

Scheduling From Static Lists

You can schedule emails from static lists. You will need a static list to send from. To create a static list, start from the Lists page in the left toolbar.

  1. Click  cog.png  Options> New List.

  2. Name the list. 
  3. Select Rules Based - Contacts are added as they match criteria.
  4. Click Create List.
     
    Note: Optionally, describe your list, choose a folder, or select Make this list available in the contact manager. Read Creating Rules-Based Lists to learn more about creating lists.

  5. Click the Static List radio button in the Dynamic or Static section.
  6. Click Create Rule.

  7. Click Has not opened the email in the Email section.

  8. Choose the desired email.
  9. Click Save and wait a few minutes for your list to be generated.

    Note: It can take a few minutes for your list to be generated. Go back to the Lists page in the left toolbar if you have waited for over 5 minutes.
  10. Click  cog.png  Options > Send Email to List.

  11. Choose the time and date to send the email.
  12. Select the email you want to send.
  13. Click Send
