Adding Google Calendar Events to Landing Pages

Learn how to create a Google calendar invite and insert the invite directly into a landing page

If you have an upcoming event or webinar,  include a link in your landing page that goes directly to Google Calendar.

Creating Calendar Invites

You will need to create Google Calendar events to be able to add them to landing pages.

To create a Google Calendar event, do the following:

  1. Create a Google Calendar event and ensure that the calendar event is set to Public.
  2. Click Save.

  3. Click the created calendar invite and then click  more.png  More Actions > Publish event.

  4. Copy the second link in the pop-up and paste this link into a text document for future reference.

Adding Calendars to Landing Pages

You can add Google Calendar events to landing pages.

To add Google Calendar events to landing pages, create or edit a landing page:

  1. Click  plus2.png  Add Content in the left panel.
  2. Click the Elements tab.
  3. Click Button.
  4. Click the purple line in the landing page where you would like the button to appear.

  5. Click the added button.
  6. Paste a calendar link under Set a Custom URL in the right panel.
  7. Add the text you want to be displayed when visitors click the calendar invite under Set Button Text.

Once set, every time a visitor to your landing page clicks that link, they will be taken to their Google Calendar. From there, they can add the event directly to their schedule. This can be used for meetings, webinars or any event that you would like to schedule with your prospective clients.
