Lead Gen & CRM Configuration

To set up and configure the various important features of Lead Gen & CRM, do the following:

  1. Accept the Lead Gen & CRM Terms of Service.
  2. Insert Lead Gen & CRM tracking code.
  3. Configure lead scoring.
  4. Set up Mail Sync.
  5. Configure DKIM and SPF.
  6. Connect social media accounts.
  7. Create custom fields.
  8. Set up a landing page.
  9. Import contacts.
  10. Create Lead Gen & CRM Instance users.

Important: When a Lead Gen & CRM instance is set up, you have the option to add your homepage at that time. If the homepage has already been entered, start with the second step in this procedure, which is locating and inserting the Lead Gen & CRM tracking code.

Once your Lead Gen & CRM instance is set up, you’ll want to complete some additional tasks to really optimize Lead Gen & CRM. Create forms, create emails, set up your social listening feed, and build your first sales pipeline, to organize and leverage your customer relationships.
