Each time you log in to your Constant Contact account, you're brought to your Org dashboard—it has everything you need to:

 


Manage your profile

It's quick and easy to keep your organization's information up-to-date and access your custom invite link. There are two buttons in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard:

  • My invite link - Click this button to copy your custom invite link, view your revenue share earnings, and manually add an account.

  • Complete profile - Click this button to update your organization's details, including the name, website, industry, physical address, and links to your social media profiles. You can also choose to verify a "From" email address.

The progress bar above these buttons lets you know if there is incomplete information that needs your attention. For example, in the image above, no social profiles are connected, and the email address is unverified, so the progress bar isn't yet at 100%.

 

Take quick actions

The most commonly performed tasks are listed so that you can quickly:

 

View account insights

Your insights are a valuable tool for seeing how your partnership is performing. In this section, you can see your revenue share information and the status of the accounts under your partnership:

  • Revenue share - This shows you the revenue share for the current month and gives a month-over-month view of your revenue share for the current year. Placing your cursor over the bar for any month in the bar chart shows you the exact total for that month and includes the percent change from the month preceding it.
  • Active - This is the total number of paid accounts that are currently active, including those that have been disabled for compliance or billing reasons.
  • Managed - This is the total number of accounts managed under your partnership. It includes active accounts, canceled and disabled accounts, active trial accounts, and expired trial accounts.
  • Trials - active - This is the total number of accounts that are in an active trial.
  • Trials - expired - This it the total number of accounts that participated in a trial but didn't convert to a paid account.
  • Referred - This is the total number of accounts that have been referred to your partnership. It includes active accounts, canceled and disabled accounts, active trial accounts, and expired trial accounts.
  • Cancelled - This is the total number of accounts under your partnership that have been cancelled.
