Share a reusable template to all the subaccounts within your team/partnership

Looking to share your branded templates to subaccounts within your team/partnership? This feature allows your subaccounts to access templates you create from within their template picker:

• Share a template
• Remove a template

Important: This saves your template within the template picker of all subaccounts. There isn't a way to select specific subaccounts to receive the template.

Share a template

Did you know? Before you can share a template with your subaccounts, you must first create and save an email as a reusable template.

Follow these steps to share your saved template with your subaccounts:

1. Open the template picker by creating a new email, and click the Saved templates tab.
2. Find the saved template you want to share and click . . . > Share with accounts.
   
   
    
3. Click the Share button to confirm the action.
   
   
    

Remove a template

If, for any reason, the template needs to be recalled, follow these steps:

1. Open the template picker by creating a new email, and click the Saved templates tab.
2. Click the Customer Templates tab and find the template you want to revoke from your subaccounts.
3. Under the template thumbnail, click . . . > Remove from accounts.
   
   
    
4. Click the Remove button to confirm the action.
