After logging in to your Constant Contact account, you may receive an email from us letting you know that we detected a new login from a device we didn’t recognize. This email notification is just an additional security measure we take to keep your account safe.
Did you know? In addition to monitoring logins from unrecognized devices, your account may be enabled with Multi-Factor Authentication to help prevent unauthorized logins.
You could receive this email if you, or someone else in your organization who uses the account, logged in from a computer or mobile device that hasn’t been used to log in to your account before.
The notification could also be triggered if you:
You only receive one email notification per instance.
Important: The sign-in location listed in the email is determined by the IP address your device is using and may not be an exact match to your current location.
If you recognize the login activity described in the email, no action is required.
If it wasn’t you, we recommend that you update your password and contact Support immediately.
Important: The security of your account is very important to us. Please also take a look at our help articles to identify phishing emails or confirm whether an email was sent by Constant Contact.
