Forgotten username or password

Reset your account password, or receive a username reminder email

If you've forgotten your username or password, follow the steps below to have it emailed to you or reset. You'll need to have access to the inbox of the account's contact email address. If you can't access your email account, contact Support and they will help you gain access to your account.

Note: After five failed login attempts, you'll be temporarily locked out of your account for five minutes. You can either wait five minutes to try logging in again, or you can reset your password. If you continue to experience login issues, please contact Support for assistance.

Forgotten username

1. Go to the Forgot username? page.
2. Type in the contact email address for your Constant Contact account and click Send Reminder Email.
   
   
    
3. Constant Contact will immediately send an email to the contact email address that lists all of the usernames associated with it. If you do not receive the email, please contact Support.
   
   

Forgotten password

1. Go to the Forgot password? page.
2. Type in your username and click Send Change Password Email.
   
   
    
3. Constant Contact will immediately send a Password Reset email to the contact email address on the account. Click the Change Password button.
   Note: This link can only be used one time and will only work for 1 hour after it was sent. If you do not receive the email, please contact Support.
   
   
    
4. Type a new password into the New password field, keeping our password guidelines in mind and using the Password Strength meter to help you create a strong password.
   Tip: Click the eye icons to reveal what you're typing
5. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password field.
6. Click Change password.
   
   

Your account password will now be changed to the new password.
