Forgotten username or password

Reset your account password, receive a username reminder email, or log in with a one-time link

If you've forgotten your username or password, follow the steps below to have it emailed to you or to reset it. You'll need to have access to the inbox of the account's contact email address. If you can't access your email account, please contact Support, and they can help you regain access to your Constant Contact account.

Note: After five failed login attempts, you'll be temporarily locked out of your account for five minutes. You can either wait five minutes to try logging in again or reset your password. If you continue to experience login issues, please contact Support for assistance.

Recover username

1. Go to the Forgot username? page.
2. Enter the user email address for your Constant Contact account and click Send Reminder Email.
   
   
    
3. Constant Contact will immediately send an email to the email address listing all the usernames associated with it. If you do not receive the email, please contact Support.
   
   

Reset password

1. Go to the Forgot password? page.
2. Enter your username or email address and click Send change password email.
   
   
    
3. Constant Contact will immediately send a Password Reset email to the user's email address. Click the Change Password button in the email.
   Note: This link can only be used once and will only work for 1 hour after it is sent. If you do not receive the email, please contact Support.
   
   
    
4. Enter a new password into the New password field, keeping our password guidelines in mind and using the Password Strength meter to help you create a strong password.
   Tip: Click the eye icons to reveal what you're typing
5. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password field.
6. Click Change password.
   
   

Your account password will now be changed to the new password.

Log in with a link

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, instead of receiving an email to recover your username or reset your password, you can log in with a secure one-time link.

1. On the login page, click Email me a login link.
   
   
    
2. Enter the email address or username associated with your account. Then click Send me the link.
   
   
    
3. Constant Contact will immediately send an email to the user's email address. Click the Continue to your account button in the email, or enter the code from the email into the field on your screen to access your account.
   Note: The login link and code can only be used once and will only work for 10 minutes after they're sent. If you do not receive the email, please contact Support.
