Direct Client Pricing Structure

Lead Gen & CRM direct customers are charged in arrears for usage based on lead count, email sends,  and page impressions.

Each Lead Gen & CRM Direct Client plan has service tiers, where the pricing is based on the highest number of leads stored in the account during the billing period.  The tiers are customizable per account, so please consult your customer agreement or reach out to Billing Support (crm-billing@constantcontact.com) for the pricing on your account.

Each tier has a base price, specifying the lead limit for that tier and the number of emails included.  Once an account crosses the maximum number of leads included in a tier, then the account is automatically billed for the next highest tier, as applicable.  If an account has more leads than the maximum tier, there is a variable price per additional 1,000 leads as an overage charge each billing cycle.

For the associated service tier each month, if you stay under the included number of email sends in the billing period, there are no email overage charges. If you send more than the number of emails included, an overage charge is incurred.  The overage rate will vary between accounts, but there is one overage rate specified for up to 500,000 emails, and then a lower price is incurred if more than 500,000 emails are sent during a billing cycle.

Optional products and services including, but not limited to: Salesforce integration, SharpSpring Mailbox Sync (MailSync) Accounts, and excessive monthly page impressions (typically over 250,000). The costs of these are not included in the service pricing.

You can view and export your invoices by selecting the Settings gear icon in the bottom left, then clicking  Billing Overview.  On the Billing Overview page, select the Export button in the top right.  That will create a .pdf that you can print or download (make sure you have any pop-up blockers off).  Prior months can be accessed using the "<Prev" button at the top right of the page.
