The New Email Editor

These text features are available in the new email editor. Read Overview of the New Email Editor to learn more about the included features and to find out how to build emails. Navigate to the new editor by starting from the Email category.

1. Click on the Email Templates tab.
2. Select the Designer or Simple template folders.
   
   
    
3. Click the + button to create a new email from the template using the new email editor. 
   
   
    

How to Use the Write With AI Feature

Lead Gen & CRM now offers AI writing tools. Eliminate writer's block and write new taglines, headers, and paragraphs with our easy-to-access AI feature. AI is available in the new email editor, for all text content blocks.

1. Click a text block in your email.
2. Click Write With AI.
   
   
    
3. Begin typing what you want the AI to help you with. As you type, suggested improvements will be presented to you.
   
   
    
4. If you are satisfied with the text suggestion from the AI, click Apply.
   
   Note: The Write With AI feature is conversational. If you want to make adjustments to your text, simply tell the AI in plain language exactly what you need. For example, you can say “Please shorten this text” or “Give me another version”.
    
5. Click the X to close the AI widget.
