Exporting Opportunities from the Won/Lost Report

Opportunities help keep your sales data organized. The won/lost report is a report that displays opportunities based on their won or lost status. Learn how to export data from this report into a .CSV file.

Opportunities are created and added to the Sales Pipeline in Lead Gen & CRM to monitor progress across deal stages in the sales process. You can track the estimated revenue, estimated close date, and the contacts included in a specific opportunity.

You may export Opportunity data in .CSV format from the Sales Pipeline, the Opportunity Manager, the Won/Lost report, and the Sales Performance report

This article will show you how to export a .CSV file of Opportunity data from the Won/Lost report.

Exporting from the Won/Lost Report

To export a .CSV file of Opportunities from the Won/Lost report, do the following:

  1. Click Analytics in the left toolbar.

    Click Analytics from the toolbar

     

  2. Scroll down to the Sales Reports section and click on the Won/Lost report. 

    Click the Won/Lost report

     

  3. Click  Gear Icon  View and select one of the following:
    • Open Opps
    • Opps Won
    • Opps Lost
    • Archived Opps
  4. Select the desired date range.

    Click the range and Opportunity status

     

  5. Set any other desired filters and click Apply.

    Select filters and click Apply

     

  6. Click Export.
  7. Click the Export Manager link that appears at the top of the screen.

    Click the Export Manager link from the yellow bar

     

  8. Click the exported report, from the Export Manager, to download the file.

    Click the file in the export manager

     

Note: The file will be downloaded to the default download folder on your computer.

 

Accessing Previous Exports

To access files that were recently exported and download them, you can go to the Export Manager. Read Accessing the Export Manager
