Exporting Opportunities Via the Sales Pipeline

Opportunities help keep your sales data organized. In the Sales Pipeline you'll see your sales in a progression format. Learn how to export that data to a .CSV file for record keeping or data migration.

Lead Gen & CRM enables you to create an opportunity using contacts in the Contact Manager. Opportunities are created and added to the Pipeline to monitor progress across deal stages in the sales process.

You can track the estimated revenue, estimated close date, and the contacts included in a specific opportunity. In Lead Gen & CRM, opportunities can be exported in a variety of ways.

This article will detail how to export opportunities from the Sales Pipeline.

Exporting Sales Pipeline Opportunities

You can save pipeline data for future reference. To export pipeline data to a spreadsheet file, start from the Sales > Opportunities page. 

  1. Select the desired pipeline in the Pipeline drop-down menu.
  2. Select the applicable owners in the Owners drop-down menu.
  3. Select the date parameters in the Date Range drop-down menu.
  4. Click  more.png  Options > Export Opportunities to .CSV.

  5. Click the link that appears at the top of the screen.

  6. Click the export to download the file.

The file will be downloaded to the default download folder on your computer. Learn about other ways to export Opportunities. 


 

Accessing Previous Exports

To access files that were recently exported and download them, you can go to the Export Manager. Read Accessing the Export Manager
