Using the Global Search Tool

The search tool can provide answers to any number of different queries, and it allows for results to be watched.

Searching Content

The search tool allows you to locate information based on various criteria, including:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Contact Field
  • Company Name
  • Account Name
  • Phone Number
  • Office Phone
  • Mobile Phone
  • Fax Number
  • Opportunity
  • Email Subject Title
  • List Name
  • Campaign Name
  • Form Name

 

To search content with the search tool, do the following:

  1. Click  search.png  Search in the top toolbar.

    Search Button
     
  2. Enter the desired search term in the text field that appears.
  3. Click on the desired content in the list that appears.

    Enter Search Term
     
Note: You can also press your keyboard's ; semicolon key twice to open the search tool on any page in Lead Gen & CRM.
