On iOS, tap Contacts from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the plus symbol in the top-right.
Choose how you'd like to add your contact:
Create contact - Manually add a single contact to your account.
Import contacts - Import multiple contacts that are stored on your mobile device.
Scan contact - Add a contact to your account by taking a photo of a business card with the contact's email address on it.
Add a single contact:
From the menu, tap Create contact.
Enter an email address for your contact.
Tap to select if you have implied or express permission to email these contacts.
Select the email lists you'd like to add the contact to and then tap Done.
(Optional) Enter your contact's first and last name, job title, company, phone number, or physical address.
Tap Save.
Add device contacts:
From the menu, tap Import contacts.
Tap to deselect any contacts you don't want to import from your device.
Tap Next.
Tap to select if you have implied or express permission to email these contacts.
Choose the email lists you want to add the contacts to. Note: To create a new list, tap + Create list. Then enter a name for your list and tap Create.
Tap Done.
Scan a contact:
From the menu, tap Scan contact.
Place the card on a flat surface so that the text is horizontal, and center the viewfinder window over the card. Focus the image by tapping on your screen and then tap the shutter button to take the image.
Tap to select if you have implied or express permission to email these contacts.
Tap to select the email list(s) you want to add the contact to and then tap Done.
Add the contact's name and any additional contact details you want to include.
Tap Save.
Search, sort, and view contacts
Tap Contacts.
On Android, tap the menuicon then Contacts.
On iOS, tap Contacts from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
Use the field to search by name or email address, or use the filters to sort the list by your desired criteria.
Tap on a contact to view their details.
Edit a contact's details
While viewing the details for a contact, tap Edit.
Tap to add or remove an email list.
Update the contact's email address, first name, last name, job title, company, phone number, or physical address.
Tap Save when you're finished.
Delete a contact
While viewing the details for a contact, tap Edit.
