View your contacts and choose the information that displays

View all of your contacts in one table, update the table settings to choose the information that displays in each column, and sort the table headers alphabetically

Light Bulb IconDid you know? We're in the process of making improvements to our contact management experience and rolling them out to our customers. If your All contacts table looks different, view these articles for viewing all of your contacts and modifying the table columns instead.

 

 

The All contacts table puts a ton of information at your fingertips, and you can customize the table to show the information that is most important to you.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Contacts > All contacts.
  2. Click on a heading in the table to sort it alphabetically A-Z. Click the same header again to re-sort it from Z-A instead.
  3. Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the All contacts table to select the column headers for your table.

  4. In the Table Settings menu, place a check next to the contact information you want to include in the All contacts table. Click on a category to expand it and view all the available options. You can reorder the table headings by dragging them into place.
  5. Click the X in the upper right-hand corner to close the Table Settings menu.

No matter what size list you have, segmentation helps you get the right email content in front of the right contacts at the right time.
