Create an SMS campaign and copy it to all or select subaccounts

Create an SMS campaign in your primary account and copy it to your subaccounts. Once copied, your subaccounts have the ability to make changes to the message prior to sending.

Copy an SMS campaign to subaccounts

 

To copy a campaign:

  1. In the "My Marketing" section of the left-hand menu, click Channels > SMS.

  2. Click the three dots next to the SMS campaign you want to copy and select:
  • Copy to all accounts - To copy your campaign to all your client/child accounts.
  • Copy to targeted accounts - To pick the subaccounts you want to copy your campaign to.

  1. Give your copied campaign a unique name that you'll easily recognize in your account later.
  2. If you chose to copy to targeted accounts, select the accounts.
  3. Click the Copy button.

Check the status of copied SMS campaigns

 

You can access a list of your copied campaigns at any time and check the start and completion time of the copy:

  1. In the "My Organization" section of the left-hand menu, click Accounts > Activity Log.
  2. Select any of the filters to help narrow your search.
  3. Review the Time Completed column. Copying to a large number of subaccounts can take a few minutes.
  4. If there are errors, click "View errors" in the Errors column to download a CSV file of the impacted accounts and the reason for the error.
