Partners: Create and manage list presets for Central Send Email and SMS campaigns

Select multiple lists from across multiple child accounts so that you can easily select a single list preset when sending a Central Send Email or SMS campaign

When you're ready to send centralized emails or SMS message from your parent account to specific lists across multiple child accounts, you can save time by creating list presets. Just choose the lists within each child account that you want to group together, and then select the list preset when you're ready to send your Central Send Email or SMS campaign.

 


Create a new list preset

You can create up to 10 list presets.

  1. Click the Central send dropdown.
  2. Click List management.
  3. Click Create list.

  4. From the Name your new Central Send list overlay, give your list a unique name. Your list name can have up to 255 characters.
  5. Click Create.

  6. Next to the child account, click Add/Remove Lists.

  7. Select the lists you want to include from the child account and click Save & Return. Your preset is updated to show you the number of child accounts that are represented, and the total number of lists from all of the child accounts.

  8. When you're finished selecting lists from all the relevant child accounts, click Done.

When you're ready to send your Central Send Email campaign or Central Send SMS campaign, you can select a single preset or multiple presets.

 

Edit or delete an existing list preset

If you need to make changes to your list presets, you're able to do this from the Accounts > Central Send tab or from the Schedule page of a Central Send Email campaign.

Add or remove child account lists

  1. Next to the Central Send List you want to update, click Manage.

  2. Next to the child account, click Add/Remove Lists.
  3. Click Done.

Rename or delete the list preset

  1. Next to the Central Send List, click the three dots to expand the menu.
  2. Click either:
  • Delete - Click Delete list to confirm the action. This only deletes the preset and the child account lists are unaffected.
  • Rename - Update the list name and click Rename. You have a maximum of 255 characters and the name must be unique.
