After logging in to your Constant Contact account, you may receive an email from us letting you know that we detected a new login from a device we didn’t recognize. This email notification is just an additional security measure we’re taking to ensure your account is kept safe.

You could receive this email if you, or someone else in your organization who uses the account, logged in from a different computer, or mobile device, that hasn’t been used previously to log into your account.
The notification could also be triggered if you:

If you recognize the login activity described in the email, no action is required.
If it wasn’t you, we recommend you update your password and contact Support immediately.
