Troubleshooting errors when Constant Contact works in one web browser and not another

We're sorry you encountered an error while working in the editor! This error can appear for various reasons, and it doesn't necessarily mean that anything is broken. There are a couple of things you can do to make sure your browser isn't causing the issue:

  1. Make sure that the browser you are using is compatible with Constant Contact.
  2. Open your browser in "incognito" or "private" mode and then log back into Constant Contact and continue working on your campaign:
  1. If the error still persists, disable any 3rd-party web browser add-ons, plug-ins, or extension programs that have been installed. Disabling one or more of these programs may resolve the issue:

 

Exclamation Point IconImportant: If you continue to see the error message after disabling your browser extensions and using a private browsing session, we recommend creating a brand new email. If that doesn't resolve the issue or if you continue to see this message frequently, please contact Support for assistance.
