Upgrading from a trial to a paid account

Add your payment method and convert from a trial to a paid Constant Contact account


After your free trial ends and you're ready to upgrade to a full account, we make it easy. Choose your plan, enter your billing information, and confirm your payment.

  1. Click the profile icon in the lower-left and select Plans and pricing.

  2. Select the frequency you want to be charged. When you prepay for 6 or 12 months, you receive a discount.
  3. Click the toggle on if you’re a nonprofit.
  4. Select your currency. Once you make your first payment, you aren't able to change this option.
  5. You're charged based on a combination of the email plan you choose and your contact tier. To get an accurate monthly price, select an estimate of how many contacts you’ll have from the drop-down.
  6. Click Select under the plan you want to purchase.

  7. (Optional) Select if you want to add SMS Marketing or Inbox Preview to your plan, then click Continue.

  8. Enter your payment method
  9. Scroll down and enter your billing address.
  10. Review the terms, then click Pay now.

All of the features available in your selected plan are ready to use as soon as your payment is processed. Future billing dates are determined based on the date you upgraded to a paid account. You can change your email plan at any time.
