Previewing an email and sending yourself a test version of your draft not only gives you a chance to proofread and make edits, but it also gives you an idea of what your email will look like to your contacts when you send the final version. You can send a test version to yourself or the people you trust to review your content.

If you're unable to send a test email, or if you sent a test and can't find it in your inbox, there are a few courses of action you can take:
Once you've sent the test version of your email, proofread it, and made any necessary edits, it's time to send the live version to your contacts. Send it out immediately, or schedule it to send at a set date and time in the future.
