Connect your Squarespace account to Constant Contact

Sync your Squarespace contacts into segmented lists in Constant Contact

If you have a Squarespace ecommerce store, you can easily connect it to your Constant Contact account and have your customers automatically imported into segmented lists based on their purchase activity, helping you to target the right offers to the right customers and drive more sales.

  1. Click Integrations.
  2. Search or browse for Squarespace and then click on the block.


     
  3. Click Connect Account.

  4. Log into your Squarespace account.

  5. Select the site you want to connect to Constant Contact.

  6. Click Allow.

You'll then be brought to the Squarespace integration dashboard in Constant Contact.

Note: Only physical products can be inserted. Services are not compatible.

Once your store is synced to your Constant Contact account, you can take advantage of the following features:

  • Add a product block to your email - The products in your Squarespace store can easily be inserted into your emails through a dedicated Product action block, so that you can get them in front of the right contacts.
  • Create a customized contact segment - When you connect your Squarespace account to Constant Contact, your Squarespace contacts are placed into segmented lists, based on their activity, and are synced on a daily basis. However, if there's a specific segment of contacts you'd like to create in order to send specific, targeted messaging, you can do so by creating a custom segment of contacts.
  • Send automated communications - Create personalized automated communications via email and SMS for your customers based on their actions, including welcome emails, thank you series, requests for review, and more.
  • Review sales reporting - Our reporting shows you the correlation between when your emails were sent and your Squarespace sales so that you get an idea of how your emails are having an impact.
