Article: 000038468
Updated: July 7, 2025

Sync a LinkedIn personal profile or organization page to your Constant Contact account so you can start creating social posts and then review your engagement

By connecting your LinkedIn profile or LinkedIn Company Page to your Constant Contact account, you can create posts, share emails and events, and view your public-facing posts and reporting statistics. Connect a single profile or connect multiple accounts with multiple organization pages—all you need is the login credentials for each account you want to connect.

  1. Click Marketing channels > Social posts.
  2. Click the Accounts tab.
  3. Click the Connect Instagram button.
Note: You can connect to Facebook and Instagram too!

  4. If you're not already logged into your LinkedIn account within the same browser, you're prompted to log in. If you're already logged in, skip to step 5.

  5. Review the app permissions and click the Allow button. This allows Constant Contact permission to integrate with your account to create posts and import engagement activity. This doesn't give Constant Contact permission to access any of your personal account information.

  6. Select the personal profile or organization page you want to connect and click the Add selected button.

  7. Your account is successfully connected and you can either click the + Connect account button if you have multiple Instagram accounts to connect, or click the Done button to return to the Social dashboard.

Once your LinkedIn accounts are connected, you can create and share a post. Then, after your posts are published, you can review what kind of engagement you're getting.
