Cancel an active event

Cancel an event after you've activated it

Sometimes the unexpected happens and you need to cancel your event. You can cancel an active event at any time, but once you cancel, it can't be undone.

To cancel an event from the campaigns page:

  1. Locate the active event you'd like to cancel. Click the three dots on the right and then click Cancel.

  2. Click Cancel Event.

Once you've canceled, make sure to notify your registrants and then process refunds for them.
